This role offers a genuine pathway to becoming a Registered Manager, with new homes planned to open within the next 6–12 months.
About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support for children and young people with Learning Disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and prepare for future management responsibilities in a growing organisation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker in a residential childcare or LD setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent); Level 5 in Leadership and Management is desirable or willingness to work towards it.
- Strong understanding of Learning Disabilities and person-centred care.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A genuine ambition to progress into a Registered Manager role.
