About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you'll provide consistent, child-focused leadership to ensure the highest standards of care. You’ll:
• Oversee the day-to-day running of a well-resourced 5-bed home
• Lead, mentor and develop your team to deliver excellent outcomes
• Create and monitor personalised care plans for each young person
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding and therapeutic standards
• Manage budgets and contribute to broader organisational goals
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals and the wider community

About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
• An experienced Registered Manager or confident Deputy ready to step up
• Skilled in leading teams and creating a culture of high standards
• Level 3 qualified in Residential Childcare (Level 5 preferred or willing to enrol)
• Confident with SCCIF, The Quality Standards and safeguarding
• Passionate about improving the lives of children with EBD needs
• A driver with a full UK licence
