About the Role:
• Support the Home Manager in running a vibrant EBD service for young people
• Lead by example on shift, mentor staff, and promote therapeutic, trauma-informed care
• Manage rotas, contribute to budgets, and ensure Ofsted compliance
• Take on delegated leadership responsibilities and step up in the manager’s absence
• Help shape regional best practice as part of a 7-home network
• Build strong, safe, consistent relationships with young people

About You:
• At least 2 years’ experience in a residential children’s home
• Already working at Senior or Deputy level
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People (Level 5 support available)
• Confident with safeguarding, Ofsted expectations, and rota/budget oversight
• Hands-on leader with energy, empathy, and resilience
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
