Bring leadership that makes a difference. We’re recruiting for an Operations Manager to oversee a network of residential children’s homes across the North West. You’ll lead Registered Managers, embed therapeutic practice, and ensure services deliver stability, compliance, and excellent outcomes — with the support of a respected provider and the resources of a national care group.
About the Role:
• Line-manage Home Managers across multiple settings
• Maintain oversight of safeguarding, compliance, and therapeutic practice
• Drive consistent Ofsted outcomes and team development
• Provide interim leadership during Registered Manager vacancies
• Shape regional strategy and support sustainable service growth

About You:
• Minimum 5 years in residential childcare leadership
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)

• Calm, accountable leadership style rooted in values and trust
• Proven track record of improving and sustaining home performance
