About the Role:
You’ll be the Registered Manager of a new 4-bedded EBD children’s home, responsible for launching, shaping, and running the service in line with therapeutic, child-centred values.
• Register the home with Ofsted and lead all inspections
• Build, develop, and support a high-performing team
• Champion a trauma-informed culture based on PACE principles
• Ensure full compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and multi-agency partnerships
• Drive continuous improvement and outcomes for young people

About You:
• Minimum 5 years in residential childcare
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Manager or Leader
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Deep understanding of safeguarding, trauma, and regulation
• Confident leader with empathy, professionalism, and resilience
