About the Role:
This is a new, high-spec children’s home near Stoke-on-Trent, supporting up to 3 young people with emotional and behavioural needs. As Registered Manager, you will:
• Lead on the full setup and registration process with Ofsted
• Recruit, develop and retain a stable, values-led care team
• Deliver trauma-informed, therapeutic care tailored to each young person
• Champion a culture of genuine consultation and relational practice
• Ensure compliance, safeguarding, and commercial performance
• Help shape the foundations of a future-focused organisation

About You:
• Experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding, and children’s home regulations
• Able to build and lead a team with empathy, clarity, and high standards

• Full UK driving licence required
