About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing an existing solo placement / assessment centre, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and therapeutic support for young people. This role is ideal for a passionate leader who thrives in a specialist setting and wants to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:

Service Leadership & Development:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the solo placement / assessment centre.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a dedicated team of support staff.
- Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and best practices.

Care & Safeguarding:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people.
- Implement and oversee care plans, behavioural strategies, and risk assessments.
- Work closely with social workers, families, and external agencies to support the child's needs.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of care and ensure the home meets or exceeds Ofsted expectations.
- Ensure all safeguarding, care planning, and risk management processes are in place.
- Continuously monitor and improve service delivery and outcomes for young people.
