About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to lead a solo home supporting a young person with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment while ensuring the home operates to the highest standards.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker in a residential EBD setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – Level 5 in Leadership & Management is desirable or willingness to work towards it.
- Strong understanding of EBD, trauma-informed care, and safeguarding.
- Passion for making a difference and a commitment to progressing into senior leadership.
