About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will lead and manage the daily operations of the residential childcare setting, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development

Lead and develop a team of Support Workers and Senior Staff.

Foster a positive, person-centred, and therapeutic environment.

Provide continuous training, mentoring, and performance management.
Care & Safeguarding

Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people with CAMHS needs.

Implement and oversee individual care plans and behaviour management strategies.

Collaborate with social workers, families, and external agencies.
Compliance & Quality Assurance

Maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Ensure all policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.
