About the Role: As Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a positive team environment. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the service and supporting children and young people with EBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Manage and develop a team of Support Workers and Senior Staff.
- Ensure a positive, person-centred, and therapeutic environment.
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Care & Safeguarding:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people with EBD.
- Implement and oversee individual care plans and behaviour management strategies.
- Work in partnership with social workers, families, and external agencies.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.
- Monitor and review the home’s performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's home or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of EBD and the challenges faced by children in care.

- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Salary:
- £45,000 - £50,000 for solo home, plus 10% bonuses on KPIs.
- £55,000 - £65,000 for dual registration, plus 10% bonuses on KPIs.
