We’re partnering with a reputable residential childcare provider to recruit a Dual-Registered Manager for their inaugural services in the Woking area. This is a unique opportunity to oversee two brand new 3-bed homes—both fully registered and ready to welcome children.
With all documentation completed and the homes ready to launch, you'll have the rare chance to shape the culture, recruit your team, and set the standard for exceptional care from day one.
About the Role:

Leadership: Oversee the operation of two 3-bed children’s homes catering to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) or Learning Disabilities (LD).

Team Building: Recruit, develop, and lead a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality care.

Compliance: Ensure both homes meet and exceed Ofsted standards and regulations.

Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans that promote positive outcomes for each child.

Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external agencies to support the children's development.

About You:

Experience: Proven track record as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up.

Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding procedures, and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
