• Lead and develop a stable, reflective, and values-driven staff team
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
• Create a nurturing, trauma-informed environment that supports emotional resilience
• Develop individualised care plans that place children at the centre
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and local authorities

About You:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to enrol)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, including 1 year in leadership
• Skilled in EBD support, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
• Resilient, compassionate, and confident in managing people and practice
• Full UK driving licence required
