About the Role:
Lead a stable, well-trained team in a nurturing 3-bed home focused on trauma-informed care. You’ll oversee practice, compliance, and culture while shaping the future of the home and contributing to wider organisational growth.

About You:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care (with supervisory responsibility)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willing to begin within 6 months
• Skilled in trauma-informed and child-centred practice
• Strong grasp of SCCIF, Quality Standards, and legislation
• Confident, reflective leader with a full UK driving licence
