Registered Manager – Lead a Stable, High-Performing Home
Location: 3-bed EBD Home in Oswestry
Salary: Up to £50,000 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus
Annual Bonus: 21% of salary | OTE Year 1: Up to £65,500

About the Role:
• Provide confident, child-centred leadership to a well-established home
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, compliance and team development
• Cultivate a therapeutic, inclusive home culture where young people and staff thrive
• Mentor and grow your team, including QCF Level 3 facilitation
• Work closely with an expert clinical team — including psychologists and advisors — to support both children and your own development
• Lead on budgets, home improvement, and service delivery

About You:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Senior role in residential childcare
• Level 3/4 Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
• Achieved or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (Children’s Residential)
• Strong working knowledge of safeguarding and children’s legislation
• Skilled in staff management and operational leadership
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Able to join on the on-call rota
