About the Role:
• Lead a children's residential home delivering therapeutic, trauma-informed care
• Build and inspire a team that puts young people’s needs first
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards across care, safeguarding, and compliance
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and occupancy in line with regulatory and organisational expectations
• Collaborate with the wider leadership network across a fast-growing national group
• Work toward outstanding outcomes in care and education

About You:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare within the last 5 years
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements and child protection
• Passionate about building safe, nurturing environments for young people
• Full UK driving licence and over 21 (in line with residential care regulations)
