About the Role:
• Lead a 4-bed CAMHS children’s home, providing stable, trauma-informed care
• Manage and develop a team to deliver exceptional therapeutic practice
• Oversee placements (planned and emergency) and maintain full occupancy
• Embed a structured, weekly programme of expressive arts, physical activity, and education
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards
• Promote staff wellbeing and team resilience with internal wellbeing support
• Drive continuous improvement in outcomes and service delivery
