Be part of something new. Our client is launching their first children’s home in the region, and we’re looking for a Registered Manager (or an ambitious Deputy ready to step up) to take the lead from day one.
About the Role:
• Lead a brand new 4-bed EBD service through Ofsted registration and beyond
• Shape the culture, team, and ethos of the home from the outset
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
• Build strong, therapeutic relationships with children and professionals
• Inspire, support, and develop a committed staff team

About You:
• Either a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy ready to step up
• Confident understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
• Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards it with support)
• Therapeutic, child-focused approach
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
