Salary – £55,000 DOE + £5,000 bonus

About the Role:
• Lead a 5-bed children’s home for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
• Ensure high standards of care, aiming for at least a “Good” Ofsted rating
• Develop and support your team to deliver consistent, trauma-informed care
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, stakeholder relationships, and home operations
• Maintain commercial oversight and ensure alignment with budget expectations

About You:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, SCCIF, and regulatory frameworks
• Skilled in team development, planning, and budget management
• A trauma-informed, emotionally intelligent leader
• Full UK driving licence required
