Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire – Established EBD Home (Ofsted Good)

About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the home, ensuring it delivers high-quality, child-centred care:
• Lead a team in delivering outstanding outcomes for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance
• Recruit, retain and develop a strong, stable staff team
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and professionals
• Ensure the home meets or exceeds “Good” Ofsted standards
• Manage the home’s budget and commercial performance

About You:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to enrol)
• Strong knowledge of the Quality Standards, SCCIF, and safeguarding
• Child-focused with a calm, confident approach
• Full UK driving licence required
