About the Role:
You’ll lead a warm, 3-place children’s home in a spacious 6-bedroom property, supporting young people with complex needs in a traditional, family-style setting. As Registered Manager, you will:
• Lead your team to deliver consistent, therapeutic, trauma-informed care
• Ensure care plans are fully tailored to meet holistic needs
• Embed a consultative and inclusive home culture
• Champion high standards, safeguarding, and regulatory excellence
• Take full responsibility for recruitment, development, and performance
• Work collaboratively with professionals and families
• Manage home performance across care, compliance, and finance

About You:
• At least 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care, with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare (essential)
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (preferred or willing to enrol within 6 months)
• Sound knowledge of Quality Standards, SCCIF, and safeguarding requirements
• Confident, emotionally intelligent, and calm under pressure
• Organised, financially aware, and passionate about outcomes
• Full UK driving licence required
